Breathing Again After 27 Years. Violeta's feedback
Working with Adina has been one of the most profound experiences of my life. We had two hypno coaching sessions together, and both were incredibly intense, beautiful, deep, and truly liberating.
In our last session, we worked with my abandonment trauma — a place I had visited many times before in different therapies — yet nothing had ever released it the way this session did.
When I was a little girl and my mother left me at my grandparents’ house, I felt as if my entire world shattered. Only now, through this work, did I realize that from that moment on — for 27 years — I had not truly breathed. I never felt air in my lungs. I never felt alive.
After my session with Adina, I breathed fully for the first time. For the first time, I felt life moving through me. For the first time, I felt joy.
I also understood something essential: every time I had something to look forward to, I would stop myself from feeling excitement.
I held back my joy so I wouldn’t suffer again.
This awareness alone was life‑changing.
